At BÉIS, we want you to love your gear as much as we do, which is why we offer a 90-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that a small shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund, unless you opt for an exchange or store credit.

Return Process

  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items, ensuring all original tags and protective packaging are included.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, we will process your refund or ship your new items.
